Breaking through the noise to transform your calls from an unidentified number to a trusted brand

As you may know our Trusted Voice service has been displaying the logo of brands and businesses, the name and reason for the call going back as far as 2016.

Reach has been climbing throughout that period most notably due to the global partnership with Samsung where the technology is embedded in all Samsung devices worldwide, giving us in the UK somewhere in the region of 38% reach to all mobile devices, which is really credible and delivers meaningful ROI.

Other hardware manufacturers have proved more difficult to partner with. As a result the best opportunity for us to significantly increase reach UK wide has been to partner with the mobile carriers.

UK-based carriers such as EE, Virgin Media, O2 and giffgaff  will use Trusted Voice to protect against nuisance call management and provide branded calling, launching widely across the UK throughout 2024.

This means a significant increase in the overall reach of the service which will be rolled out through carrier settings updates with each carrier respectively.

Below is a table showing most of the effective roll out across the UK in 2024 along with a sample of the display which is taken from the demo handset in our office at Connectivity CX.
