Your Charity, Your Choice

We know our team have big hearts (which explains why they’re so good at what they do) so that’s why we’ve introduced a quarterly initiative called Your Charity. Every few months, each team member gets to nominate a charity close to their hearts and we’ll select three of them to come together on the charity board to decide which one is most deserving of the £500 donation from the company.

It’s not just a way to give back – it’s also a fantastic opportunity for our staff to showcase the causes they care about most and once a year, our directors will choose from the nominations and give £1,000 . The grand total? £2,500 going to some very deserving causes every year.

Staff Referral Scheme – Help Us Find the Best

Ever heard the saying; “It’s all about who you know”? Well, we’re taking that to heart with our Staff Referral Scheme. We want our team to help us find the best talent out there because no one knows what it takes to work here better than the people already doing the job.

If one of our team members refers someone they think would be a perfect fit and that person gets hired and stays for 12 months, our superstar referrer will earn a £500 bonus. Not only do we end up with a top-notch team, but the referring employee gets a nice little reward for their help.
