­Trusted Voice from Connectivity.CX continues to deliver increased ROI. More and more of the overall UK handset market is being reached each month and we have seen a threefold increase in impressions of the branding, name and reason for call across our customer base.

We have two UK customers who are using Trusted Voice and each making upwards of 1 million dials a month. These customers are seeing excellent results, in first time answer rate, call duration and inbound volume increases. Inbound? How? Well, customers that genuinely can’t pick up when you call them, who subsequently look in their missed call list, see the name and/or logo of your business and are more inclined to ring you back.

We’re also celebrating our first Premier League Football club utilising Trusted Voice. We can’t take credit for the great work being done on the pitch right now, given their league position, but we are delivering great answer rates for their outbound match day activity.
